Trail Fall Mini Details
Hi Everyone!
As of right now, the weather is looking like a high of 12 degrees and sun! So happy! If for some reason this changes I will send out an email and post on social media that things are being moved to the 20th for our rain date. As of now though things are looking awesome!
Date: This Saturday, October 12th (Thanksgiving Weekend), with a rain date of Sunday, October 20th. Please be available for both days.
Location: Old Quarry Trail in Kanata (NCC Greenbelt P5). The Parking Lot is directly across the street from the Hazeldean Mall on Eagleson Road.
Parking: Free Parking! If the lot is full, you can park across the street at the Hazeldean Mall and walk over.
Time: Please see your selected time below. Each session is 15 minutes long. Should you be late, your time will be shortened.
WHERE TO FIND ME
When standing in the parking lot, you will take the far LEFT path. Keep going left until you find me. You wont be able to miss me. Please view the map below, I plan to be in the yellow circled area.

Images: You will receive 5 high-resolution digital images of your choice. Additional images or the full gallery will be available to purchase after your session has been delivered.
Additional images are $18/Image or $150/Per Gallery, with HST included in the total.
Cancellation: Your session is non-refundable. Should you not be able to make it, I will be happy to put your amount paid towards a FULL SESSION at a later date.
Clothing
Dress your family according to the weather. Especially the little ones. If it's cold, put them in layers, if it's hot, adjust your outfits to go with the weather. Dress your family in colours that go well together, but do not match completely. Avoid the same coloured shirt on everyone paired with the same type of pants. Instead, play with materials, textures, and accessories to give your photos interest.
The best colours for fall are all of those emerald colours! Burgundy, navy, forest green, olive, grey, mustard, yellow, caramel, tan, jean, and cream. I love overalls, button-down dresses, rompers, floral patterns, polka dots and stripes, and neutral colour pallets this year. If I could dress a family I would choose colours in Rusts, Greens, Mustard Yellows, Cream, Black, Jean, and throw a pattern on one person.
Avoid bright red and bright green I find these make your photos more Christmas-looking. If your children get cold easily and you would like your session to be used for Christmas cards, embrace the forest greens, black, cream, rust and cranberry red.
Hats, layered jewelry, vests, jean jackets, and one person in a pattern always looks amazing! Add some interest to your outfits and your photos instantly go from ordinary to extraordinary!
